Chasing Sprouts offers convenient online or in-person unbiased property evaluations. Additional services include soil testing, xeriscape concepts, FireSmart and plant recommendations for area, climate and purpose.
A typical in-person property evaluation has a duration of up to 2 hours. It includes the inspection of the landscape design, existing plants, their health status, possible issues and the mechanics of irrigation. Upon completion of an evaluation, the homeowner receives a written report that includes all findings and appropriate recommendations. Fee: $150.00 CAD.
Online evaluations require prior submissions of written project or problem descriptions including photos and/or videos. Communications are conducted via encrypted email and chat. The duration of online evaluations varies on case-by-case basis. Base Fee: $150.00 CAD – Additional time: $75.00 CAD per hour.

The main focus are the topics of correct planting, watering and pruning techniques as well as the application of tools and their maintenance aimed at gaining the knowledge and confidence needed for independent plant care. This customizable lesson takes up to 2 1/2 hours to complete. Fee: $225.00 CAD.
